As part of the 30th Birthday Celebration of the Tarot Guild of Australia, I've been invited to give a talk on something relevant to the world of tarot & tarot readers.

 

9 ~ THE HERMIT:

The Hermit is the seer & oracle who holds the staff of mastery. There is a deep introspective and observational nature to this card which invites us to look beyond. He holds a sacred connection to Divine consciousness. The constellation of The Hermit would also include 18 ~ The Moon, a card associated with the subconscious and psychic abilities. He is the light worker who raises awareness and unfolds hidden truths.

In my discussion I'll be addressing the controversial subject of prophecy & prediction. This is a subject often overlooked or ridiculed by teachers and practitioners alike. However, from the clients perspective, it forms a very real expectation ~ that a psychic can read the future.

 

How do we address futuristic questions in our readings ethically?

~ Will I get that promotion? ~ When will I buy a home?

~ Will I have a baby? ~ When will I meet my life partner?

 

In this presentation I'll demystify the world of prediction and provide clarity and pathways for ethical practice. As a reader we must always in honour the free will of our clients and outline the potential choices or paths ahead.
